These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the 7k77 online gaming platform ("Platform", "7k77", "we") and each individual who uses the platform ("User", "Player", "you"). All financial transactions on 7k77 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The following payment methods are supported:

• Supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile wallet), Upay.
• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 for each method.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawal time: Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 1 hour.

Before processing a withdrawal request, 7k77 may verify identity and the source of deposited funds. It is recommended to withdraw via the same method used for the deposit. Additional documentation may be requested for unusual withdrawals.

The relevant wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn (see Section 5). Until the wagering requirements are fulfilled, only the original deposited amount may be withdrawn.

• Welcome bonus: New users receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, for a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳12,000 gives the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, for a total of ৳17,000.
• Wagering requirement: The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. That means if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager ৳15,000 before withdrawing. Note that the wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.
• Bonuses are provided only against actual deposits. Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is prohibited.
• 7k77 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer.
• Requesting a withdrawal before the bonus requirements are met may result in the active bonus being cancelled.

7k77 is firmly committed to fair play. All games available on the platform — casino slots, live table games, fishing games, and sports betting — are operated under the following principles:

• All games are operated through tested and verified software providers.
• Game outcomes are entirely random and free from any external influence.

• Deploying malicious code or attacks against the platform's infrastructure or servers.
• Operating an account on behalf of a third party or providing professional gambling services.

If any of the above activities are proven, 7k77 may terminate the relevant account, forfeit the balance, and take applicable legal action.

7k77 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the following situations:

• A game session being interrupted due to loss of internet connection or a technical problem with the user's device.
• A transaction not being completed due to delays or errors in third-party payment services.
• Account information falling into the hands of others due to the user's own negligence.
• Temporary service disruption caused by unexpected technical maintenance or system upgrades.

In all circumstances, 7k77's total liability shall be limited to the amount of the relevant transaction.

7k77 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these terms.
• Failure to respond to an identity verification request.
• Evidence of fraud, deception, or suspicious activity.
• Account remaining inactive for an extended period.
• The user's own request.

In the case of account termination, an attempt will be made to provide advance notice to the user; however, in serious cases of breach of terms, immediate action may be taken. If a valid balance exists, the opportunity to withdraw it will be provided, unless the reason for termination is financial fraud.
